Aerospace And Aviation Quality Management System Certificate For Tezmaksan

Tezmaksan, a company that has led Turkey's machining industry with its experience and investments for 43 years, has earned the AS 9100 Certification, a standard that ensures the reliability, safety, performance, and quality of products and services while enabling continuous improvement in these areas. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. As a leader in Turkey’s machining industry, Tezmaksan has obtained the AS 9100 Certificate, a quality management system standard developed for the aerospace, aviation, and defense industries. By doing so, the company ensures the technological standards of its machine park at the Mustafa Aydoğdu Production Center in Sivas are secured in terms of quality, efficiency, and unmanned operation, reaching zero loss and zero defect levels through highly reliable business processes.

IMPROVING PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY

Hakan Aydoğdu, CEO of Tezmaksan Group, stated that the AS 9100 standard will help them improve product and service quality, achieving the desired level in safety, compliance, and competitiveness. He said: "With the AS 9100 Certificate, we have achieved the precision design, improved processes, technical material, and cutting tool optimization expected from the products or services we provide to our customers. As a result, high-security quality and measurement levels, zero loss, zero defect, zero scrap, and zero workplace accidents will dominate all our business processes. We currently possess one of the most advanced machine parks with the highest level of modern technology, which is either unavailable or in very limited supply in our country. We have also equipped all our machines with our own robotic automation systems, securing them in areas such as quality, efficiency, and unmanned operation," he added.

RECEIVED THE FIRST ORDER OF THE PROJECT

Hakan Aydoğdu further mentioned that they have established a measurement laboratory of very high standards, adding, "We had two main goals when making this investment. The first was to bring prestigious, high-value-added work from abroad to our country, and after demonstrating its feasibility, facilitate the transfer of know-how to customers who wish to continue these jobs and enable them to take over the production. The second was to allow companies in this sector that produce projects to benefit from all our capabilities — our 43 years of machining knowledge, our machine park, and our measurement laboratory — as if we were their own R&D department. At this point, we have made a strong start by receiving the first orders and beginning production for a project that is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. We foresee that demand will continue to increase with this project," he said.
