EDMCell Cube, co-developed by Tezmaksan and Mitsubishi Electric Europe, INTRODUCED FOR THE FIRST TIME

Tezmaksan Robot Technologies, one of Europe’s leaders in CNC automation, successfully completed the EMO Hannover 2025 exhibition. Drawing strong attention with its eight different CubeBOX™ automation systems, Tezmaksan introduced for the first time the new wire EDM automation system EDMCell Cube, developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric Europe. Standing out with its high precision, uninterrupted production, and flexible integration features, EDMCell Cube marks a new era by making automation accessible in wire EDM technologies.

Tezmaksan participated in EMO Hannover 2025 in Germany with a strong presence. While strengthening the awareness of the CubeBOX™ brand in Europe, the company also offered visitors the opportunity to experience the production approach of the future. Showcasing eight different CubeBOX™ automation systems, Tezmaksan reinterpreted the evolving needs of modern manufacturing and stood out with flexible, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

ALL SYSTEMS SUPPORTED BY ROBOCAM SMART AUTOMATION SOFTWARE

Throughout the exhibition, Tezmaksan attracted great attention with its wide CubeBOX™ product family, ranging from welding to palletizing. The showcased systems included CubeBOX™ WeldingPRO-S, Blues RT-VISE, EDMCell Cube developed with Mitsubishi Electric Europe, Tower Blues DR-3P IO, and the EcoLEAN series. All exhibited systems were supported by Tezmaksan’s RoboCAM smart automation software. RoboCAM allows operators with no coding knowledge to manage the robotic automation system through self-configured workflows, saving time and significantly reducing error rates.

Tezmaksan Group CEO Hakan Aydoğdu stated that they received far more attention than expected in Hannover:

The EDMCell Cube we exhibited for the first time at EMO Hannover 2025—developed together with Mitsubishi Electric Europe—received tremendous interest.

This system combines Mitsubishi Electric’s high-precision wire EDM machines with CubeBOX™ automation technology. Thanks to its fully automated loading-unloading mechanism, the system ensures uninterrupted production in wire EDM processes. With its compact design, flexible integration structure, and continuous operation capability, EDMCell Cube sets a new standard in wire EDM, further strengthened by RoboCAM integration.”

Aydoğdu emphasized that another highly notable system during the five-day event was CubeBOX™ WeldingPRO-S.
“With its modular structure, 1000 × 1500 mm welding table, and full compatibility with RoboCAM software, it delivers high performance and easy integration.

Another showcased product was CubeBOX™ Blues RT-VISE. Featuring a 6-axis industrial robot and a 42 mm table structure, it provides high precision in mechanical feeding and stands out as a practical solution for production lines.

The drawer-type robotic loading system CubeBOX™ Blues DR-3P, the compact CubeBOX™ IO, and the EcoLEAN V-1 and V-2 systems also attracted strong visitor attention.

Designed for lean production processes and facilities, the EcoLEAN series drew attention with its space-saving design. The CubeBOX™ Tower, enabling uninterrupted production with up to 48 pallet capacity, became one of the highlights of the exhibition.
