She also discussed Tezmaksan's future goals and plans for the Amsterdam office.
Introduction
Can you introduce yourself?
"I am the Regional Manager for Tezmaksan in Europe. I am responsible for all activities of Tezmaksan Netherlands B.V. in Europe. I support our distributors in the region to develop their sales and service networks, explain every detail to customers, and identify customer needs during trade shows."
Establishing an Office in Amsterdam
Can you tell us the story behind Tezmaksan's office establishment in Amsterdam?
"At Tezmaksan, we closely monitor the evolving dynamics of the world and market needs. Six years ago, we began designing and manufacturing our own robot automation systems. The positive feedback, successful projects, and repeat orders from Turkey led us to start exporting CubeBOX three years ago. In just three years, CubeBOX has become a global brand with 27 distributors in 42 countries. To provide faster and higher-quality support to our 20 distributors in Europe, we established Tezmaksan Netherlands B.V. in Amsterdam. We chose the Netherlands, especially Amsterdam, because it serves as the technology hub for our market and European distributor network. Our primary goals with the Amsterdam office include supporting R&D efforts, sales and service networks, participation in trade fairs, customer visits, market research, and competitor analysis."
Aligning with Global Growth Strategy
How does the Amsterdam office fit into Tezmaksan’s overall global growth strategy?
"The Netherlands is crucial for us because it is a central hub for robotic automation solutions and technological advancements in Europe. Many of our competitors are also located in this region. Additionally, we can operate as the main center for our European distributors from here. Establishing our company in this location marks the first step for many projects, such as production, storage, and technical service networks in Europe. We aim to further strengthen our presence in the region and expand our European team. Besides major markets like Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy, we are also focusing on new markets such as Poland, Romania, Czechia, and Slovakia."
Engaging with New Markets
Speaking of new markets, how do you plan to engage with potential and existing customers?
"The feedback we receive from every customer is one of our key targets for growth. When utilized carefully, this feedback provides significant advantages. We also continue our marketing efforts across various platforms. We aim to reach new customers by effectively utilizing LinkedIn, various TV channels, and all social media platforms. This way, we remind our existing customers of our service quality while also introducing ourselves to potential customers."
New Solutions and Products for European Customers
What new solutions and products will you offer to European customers through the Amsterdam office?
"We are presenting various innovative solutions within our CubeBOX robot automation system to our European customers. These include CubeBOX Blues RT and DR models, CubeBOX Soul for heavy cast parts, CubeBOX AMR for logistics and material handling, CubeBOX ATC for tool changing, and CubeBOX Pallet Pool for pallet and tool changing. Additionally, our BT30 and BBT40 tool holders under the 'TZXtools' brand are also among the solutions we offer. With all these products, we aim to provide more efficient, innovative, and customizable production solutions."
Observations on European Market Habits
Having observed the production habits and investment conditions of your customers in the European market, what insights can you share?
"End users in the European market are definitely looking for perfection in products and do not accept even the slightest mistake. Compliance with CE norms is also critically important."
Impact of Feedback on Strategy
Have the feedback received from European customers influenced your strategy so far?
"Our European users place great importance on 100% quality, fully finished equipment, and basic but highly capable software. I want to emphasize that they are sensitive to compliance with CE norms. Based on this feedback, we prepare all our units to fully meet our customers' demands. Our strategy is always to strive for timely and excellent delivery. Feedback guides us in improving our product and service quality."
Recent Innovations in the European Market
What recent innovations have you excitedly introduced to the European market?
"Every year, we introduce new products at trade shows. Most recently at EMO, we showcased the Space Cabin, designed with a 3P trend area for added flexibility in tight spaces. We also presented the Pallet Pool, a fully modular system aimed at increasing efficiency in processing centers. This year, we will be introducing the CubeBOX AMR for logistics and material handling, the CubeBOX ATC for tool changing, our BT30 and BBT40 tool holders under the 'TZXtools' brand, and our super user-friendly software RoboCAM+, which allows operators to perform their desired tasks efficiently."
